3 eggs

50g butter

1 1/4 cup light milk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Blue spirulina powder

How to do

Melt the butter (use real butter for extra good taste) and cool down before mixing with milk and eggs. Whisk gentle with a hand whisk. Combine wheat flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Pour in eggs and the milk mixture gradually and stir until it's lump-free. Let the batter swell for 15 minutes. The batter should be a little thicker than regular pancake. The pancakes must be cooked in medium heat. When the cakes swell and bubbles on the surface, you can turn them over the other side. Start by adding the tube ¼ tsp spirulina powder. Cook as many pancakes as you want before adding more spirulina powder to the batter and continue the process. Repeat the process to the desired result on the darkest pancakes. The pancakes are cooled on the grate and are often served with fresh berries.

Blue spirulina has a mild and neutral flavor. spirulina has led many to classify it as "the world's most nutritious food".
